I have been contacted by a local EAST lab that is needing help on an ESRI Routing project. "We were asked to create a better route for our dumpster pick-ups. We drove around town and used Survey123 to log the location of every red dumpster, then used the data in ArcGIS Online to create a truck route.  However, we have noticed some discrepancies like blocked roads and we need help adding the barrier to our map.  We know it is possible, we just aren't sure how to put them in."
